Cancellations Policy for Booking with OTAs:  If you booked a tour using another platform ( ex. Tripadvisor, Expedia, Airbnb etc..) you must first try doing any cancellations o refunds with them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  Deposit or payment on your booking constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change without notice.  Full payment is due immediately at time of booking.  Some tours or events require payment or deposit, which you will be advised of.  Late or nonpayment may cause automatic cancellation of your booking.

VALIDITY/CHANGES:  Your itinerary contains information believed to be accurate at the time of publication.  Puerto Food Tours  reserves the right to modify any itinerary or substitute tour components and inclusions without prior notice.  QUOTES:  Unless guaranteed in writing with a specific expiration date, quotes from our website are subject to change until full payment is made.

CHILDREN:  Child discounts are sometimes available depending on the tour products selected.  Please note some tours do not allow children below a certain age.  If traveling with children please always check for specials and restrictions.

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY:  You specifically agree that Puerto Food Tours , and/or associated companies, will not be held responsible or liable in any way due to any detention, delay, loss or damage, sickness or injury, however or by whatsoever cause and of whatever kind occurring of or to you at any time.  In some cases we act as agents for the companies supplying the travel services you purchase.  In no event will our liability exceed that of refunding the amounts paid by you to us for your travel.  If you do book travel with us, this means you specifically agree not to hold us liable for anything, consequential or not, foreseeable or not.  Failure to sign the provided Waiver, Release, and Consent to Medical Attention and Grant of Rights provided at the time of tour will result in reservation automatically cancelled without refund.

• PFT (Puerto Food Tours)  reserves the right to make subtle changes to tour itineraries. 
• PFT reserves the right to substitute vehicles and/or drivers should the need arise. 
• Dietary requirements must be requested from clients and forwarded at the time of booking. 
• PFT reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. 
• Should change or cancellation prove necessary we will give you reasonable notice thereof, in the circumstances, & where available, offer you a comparable alternative. 
• If an alternative is not available or acceptable you will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by you to us or you can transfer to another PFT tour date without payment of any transfer fee.
• If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond PFT’s control) we will give a full refund of any monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking. 
• PFT is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.
